Your decks count as 1 in the sense that. you are not allowed to have 6 upstart goblins between you. they have to add up to 3. and this is obviously decreased if a card is semi-limited / limited. this stops OP tag decks like Beelze turbo, going the fuck off. 6 malicious is ridiculous lel.
