This card is srsly power creeped compared to Odd-eyes Rebellion.

More support huh. It not like anyone is going to use it well Mabye a few but that it. the XYZ will probably get used more than this one.

Now that I have given it some thought , the card is actually quite nice.The opponent can't activate any monster effs in the battle phase so that stops like BA shaddoll kalut plays,honest,necro Gardna and a lot other stuff.The first eff could probably summon something like....foucalt or something?

Any relevant deck can make this, and it is very good. BP monster effects are very relevant considering the metagame - Nekroz (Valkyrus), Shaddolls, Burning Abyss + Post Side Hands, Bull Blader etc.
