Well actually, now that I look at it, I think that tbh quasar is a lot better in some ways and not in others.

Cons for this card.
1. This only negates monster effects although it does have the additional effect of the protection from spell/trap and whatnot.
2 quasar can get more asks in than this card



Pros for this card

1.You can use the final effect over and over again if you have the right cards by bringing it back to the grave
2. The card that gets destroyed is up to you, while with quasar it is the negated card.

Finally a new delta accel synchro!
The effect of sifr is ok, but compared to quasar it`s still weaker than quasar.
My main problem with this card is the last effect.
It has to be in the graveyard to be able to special something as a backup plan.
Plus it hast to be a stardust monster from the grave.
If I`m correct Manga-Yusei used stardust dragon to synch into sifr, so this makes kinda sense.
If there`s nothing else which could made sifr better than quasar - I will stay at my current
accel synchros & delta accel synchros - stardust warrior, shooting star dragon & Shooting Quasar Dragon

It`s nice to see to get some more synchros from konami - I`m still waiting for some other synchros like hyper warrior (hyper synchron) or bri warrior (bri synchron) to complete the synchron archetype a little bit more.

In some ways,This card IS better than Quasar.It basically gives a MPB-like effect to all cards you control including itself.Protects your traps from MST,Galaxy Cyclone and whatnot.Plus this thing can also protect itself from Raigeki and Dark hole etc..
And this card can negate monster effects AND destroy a card you choose instead of the one that was activated.A lot of rogue decks will have quite a lot of difficulty in trying to get rid of this card.I know some of you will criticize me but I like this card more than Quasar

this card is better than quasar ?? wtf compulse it bye bye and the protecting effect is during your turn only and u can only negate 1 effect like quasar can negate anything once per turn atk 2 times and if it leaves the field u can summon 1 shooting star dragon from your deck which has a decent effect.

I mean like it does have an additional effect to protect ALL monsters, and if the opponent doesn't have any card like banished of light macro cosmos or dimensional fissure you can use card to bring it back to the grave to spam the ss eff
