Dark Magician of Chaos

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand. Banish any monster destroyed by battle with this card. If this face-up card would leave the field, banish it instead.

This time, I'm not going to share my thoughts until I see a few comments. What do you think?

it do not see it cuasing nay real problems in the meta.

Its getting an errata. But this should might be a bit crazy cause its easily pen summoned.

I see two major reasons why this card could come back:
1. I can't think off the top of my head any pendulum monsters with a scale of 9 or more.
2. I like the Spellbook deck, and I think they could get a boost.

Yea there arent many but there are cards that can change the pend scale, like pend shift.

Who would want to waste space in their deck for a card to change the pendulum scale of a monster? Let's be real here guys.

the errata solves the problems but i recommend you putting the actual effect there not the old one

You can only use the effect of “Dark Magician of Chaos” once per turn. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. At the end of the Damage Calculations, if this card destroyed an opponent’s monster by battle: Banish that monster. If this card would leave the field, banish it instead.
