    Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card when that Spell Card resolves (max. 3). You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card; draw 1 card.

    I think this card is very broken in today's meta with more pendulum summoning and the new chicken race ftk coming out. What do you think?

    no it fine. it need 3 spell cards in order for it effect to go and i don't know about the pendlums useing this card,

    The reason I posted this card was because I was playing against an Igknight deck recently, and this card was giving my opponents plus after plus after plus. He almost decked out in one turn and otk'd me. Until then, I thought this card is dumb.

    Its only good in the mentioned decks, and they kinda need the card to be viable; especially Igknights. They shouldn't hit it.

    Yeah you're right while we're at it we should unban every other hit monster like Thousand-Eyes Restrict, since a simple BTS stops him

    This topic shouldn't be a thing. The card isn't played in any tier 1 or 2 Decks, and it's bad overall, with so many cards that negate effects being played currently, you'd just summon it, get it's effect negated and have wasted your Normal Summon for the turn while leaving your field wide open for an attack.

    Magical Library is only used in like 3 decks maybe? Sure it does help some FTK's and OTK's but I don't see anyone of them being popular do you?

    A card is banned when it's useful for a variety of decks,can be easily abused and destroys their opponent.This card does neither of the 3.The only way to play it is like...having like 30 spells in your deck or just use Pendulums that replace themselves like Igknights but even then , We have so many effect negation stuff right now ( Effect Veiler,Fiendish Chain,Breakthrough Skill.Ring any bells?)

    Overall , this card IS good but not good enough to get banned

    This is a stupid post... no offense but royal magical library is an awful card and a massive waste of a normal summon. igknights, exodia and spell counter decks abuse him. so what? as of yet these 3 decks aren't viable vs. higher tiered decks. Maybe do this on more plausible cards, and not necessarily banned, but hit:

    cir
    graff
    nova alpha
    altair
    BLS
    shruit
    herald
    unicore
    valkyrus
    scepter
    soverignty
    shaddoll fusion
    beast
    falco

    are just some possibilities
